Since the age of two, I've known I wanted to be a special-effects and makeup artist for TV and film. I really have my heart set on Tom Savini's program, but I have two huge snags in my plan. 1. I don't know where I'm going to find 30 grand.
2. I live in BC, Canada, and the school is in Pennsylvania! I've never lived away from home, and I'm graduating next year. Should I keep fighting for this, or should I just find another school? :(

Try exploring other options, I've heard there's a great school in Vancouver that can definitely help start your dream career (it's the school that also does CGI and animation).

Yeah, The Art Institute. I have looked into that, but the program doesn't cover exactly what I want. Thanks for the input!
