Try wearing only one lose thing either wear a tight short with lose skirt or the lose sweater with tight jeans or tights or even high waisted shorts.

1. Go with the shirt and tuck it into a solid color skater or flowy skirt. It should be a bright color. If you go with a black skirt, do a pop of color with the shoes.
2. Go with the skirt and do a solid color shirt.
3. That the shoes and wear skirt jeans and a loose graphic tee.
Tip: to make the shirt tight. Safety pin the part that's under the skirt.
