Collection 2000 is pretty amazing for the price but I believe it's only available in the UK. For worldwide brands, I'd say Vichy Dermablend and Mac Pro Longwear. Both good at covering up scarring, acne and redness. I'd say both can be used on other parts of the body also if needed so, but finding the right shade is key.
