So I have been out in the sun a whole lot, I put on sunscreen everyday, but I've noticed white spots on my arms, like pale freckles. Is this sun damage? Is there an extra step to prevent it? Thank you!

Go see a dermatologist to get prescribed medication. I have it and its basically the opposite of hyper pigmentation in the skin. There is medicated cream that can be prescribed that will fix this.

Thank you :) is it anything to worry about medically?

It doesn't always mean that. it can mean you have a deficiency in some sort of vitamin etc. x:

I have those spots too but am COVERED in freckles. It won't do anything to you medically, so don't worry about that. It could also be a deficiency like Yaira said, but go see a derm if youre unsure. If it isn't a deficiency, nothing needs to be done with it unless you don't like it. In that case, they can prescribe a cream, but otherwise its completely fine.
