Forever 21 is a good place to start if you're on a budget. You may have to go on a treasure hunt but I guarantee the prices will tickle your fancy especially since they have almost every type of style there.

I would buy a few sweaters, cardigans, leggings, scarfs, sheer tops, skinny jeans, a cute pair of shoes, high-low tops, shorts. I can go on and on bit it depends on your style! :) I LOVE shopping at hollister, forever 21, h&m, abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Russe, Brandy Melville, Maurice's. if you do go to forever 21, make sure you get something of good quality because a LOT of there clothing falls apart/gets bigger/shrinks. Yeah...you get what you pay for.

Forever 21, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters, and even Target have some great deals. Urban Outfitters can be pretty expensive, but they're having a huge end of summer sale at the moment. (:

Pacsun may be pricey, Charlotte Russe is cheap, Buckle has cute stuff but may be a bit pricey, as well. American Eagle, and Aeropostale always have sales. H&M is good, too.
