I would soak them in nail polish remover for 20 minutes, and then clip them now and pick them off.

They have this jar of pure acetone with a finger hole and little brushes inside that are great!

Get a bowl of hot water and a little lunch bag, put acetone in the lunch bag and your fingers in the bag, then place your hand in the bag into the bowl of water. It's speeds it up! Chip the nails down and leave for 20 minutes, they just peel off after it :) make sure you moisturise your hands after though!
