Drop the khakis they clash too much with the off white, instead, use colors like black or red or "poppy" colours! and the shirt looks more like a dressy shirt so I would ditch the converses for some nice black sandals, wedges, heels, flats, boots, etc. but b sure when you accessorize use colours that are already in the outfit to tie it together :)

I agree with Olivia and Lauren. I would change the converse to black flats or sandals or wedges. I like the shorts with it but you can change it to a colored skinny jean of you want. But I like the shirt and shorts combo
