I must be the only one who can't get away with this product. This is the second occasion i've tried to apply it and it's just not turning matte at all. How long do you have to wait? There's still a gleaming shine on my nails after using this top coat.

Has anyone else experienced this? Frustrated as i've seen blog posts with amazing reviews on this product. :(
