Skin breaking out meaning?

This is going to sound so dumb but. When people say "OMG my chins breaking out" "my foreheads breaking out" WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

Yeah it means they are getting zits on the area. usually happens as a reaction to a product (skincare products, makeup, allergic reaction to having contact with something, hormones, eating unhealthy, exposure to different climate).

I always break out when I eat unhealthy food :(
