I'm a hue mascara junkie and usually layer high end mascaras in order to get the lashes I want but I LOOVE the rocket
The waterproof formula works better for me than the regular as well

Falsies in waterproof. waterproof mascara has more wax in them so it will hold the curl much better.

If you live in the UK , then MaxFactor is EXACTLY the same a Covergirl, they're made by the same people, only the names are somewhat different (:
