Hey everyone! I'm about to go back to school shopping this weekend and I really want to know what are your all favorite stores to shop at that are not going to make me broke. I'm going to be in the Chicago area in Illinois. If I could get some responses it would be really appreciated.

H&M, Charlotte Russe, Pacsun, Forever 21 (Most of the things in forever 21 are cute BUT made of crappy material so be careful of what you but from there), hollister and abercrombie usually have a lot of things on sale before school.
