My sister has really small brown eyes and you can't see her eyelid and I was wondering how you could make her eyes seem bigger (she is a freshman) HELP!!

I would apply makeup as normal use some eyeshadow where you can put some white in it and apply the white eyeshadow to the corner of her eyes it makes eyes appear larger

White liner on waterline and do a liquid eyeliner that wings out at the out corner and on the bottom connect it to the wing and do a little under your eye but not all the way. If that makes sense. 😛 Then just mascara 😊👍 good luck.
