I recommend Revlon, Milani and Wet n Wild. I agree that Maybelline's Color Tattoo shadows are nice, but I'd steer clear of their powder eyeshadows - they've all been very sheer and not long-wearing in my experiences. Do check out Milani's new Powder Eyeshadows (if you can find them in-store), and any of Wet n Wild's palettes are amazing!
