White eyeliner on your waterline and black underneath a bit it makes your eyes pop and try using mascara on your bottom eyelashes

Yeah it's true white on water line but ALSO white, cream, or a light shimery eyeshadow outside & around the inner corner will also make your eyes have the ppls attention & make them look bigger😊

Put white or a nude shade eyeliner on your waterline HALFWAY it you put it all the way it will make your eyes look even smaller :)

Wear dark brown eyeliner a little under the lash line, a thin line of darker eyeliner on the top lid, and either a highlight eyeshadow on the bottom water line or a white eyeliner on the bottom line. :)
