You can never go wrong with a nice pair of slacks and either a nicely flowing blouse and/or a blazer. Remember, it's better to overdress than underdress. Even a coffee shop, entails professionalism, and regardless if there is a uniform or casual dress code it's good to show the interviewer that you took the interview serious enough to put time and effort into yourself.
