How to get rid of a pimple FAST?!?!?

So I have had this pimple on my face for about a week and I promised myself I wouldn't cave and pop it but nothing is working!! Any suggestions? And I leave for vacation tomorrow!!

Use a safety pin to open an Advil liquid gel and put it on it!

Don't pick at it!
Tonight put white toothpaste (which will dry it out) on it overnight
Then in the morning pop that sucker😜
