This might seem nuts, the fact alone that I tried it seems bizarre.. But I've only done this for a few days, and my incision scar is no longer dark red, but light pink and even almost silver in some spots! When I shower, I scrub my scar with a paste of baking soda and olive oil, pat it dry, and coat a layer of destin(yes, diaper rash ointment) on top. Perhaps it's the anti inflammatory in the cream, but it has really worked for me.. (:
