Hey girls! Does anyone use proactive? If so I have a few questions.
1. Is it harsh on the skin?
2. Does it dry out your skin?
3. Does it work well?
Thanks, follow me :)

I used proactive for a while but it was too harsh and made me really red. It didn't dry out my skin but it did really irritate it.

It works fantastic for me and doesn't iritate or dry out my skin but it all depends on your skin type I guess.

Yes it is harsh at least it was for me it made my nose soo dry iy started to peel. I still would get blemishes and really big pimples and I hd to go to using it once a day since it was so harsh for my skin. I didn't like it at all it just mest up my skin and made my pimples come out way bigger.

It is really harsh on your skin. it dryed out my skin and made it really red and irritated. I think I depends on the person, and how often you use it,and how sensitive your skin is.

I used it before but it was just too expensive for me to continue lol I really liked the results but once you stop using it after achieving clear skin your skin breaks out all over again.. It's pretty much addictive lol soo I'd visit a dermatologist and see what they recommend to clear it up for good xo :)

Rodan & fields is a lot better. It's by the same people who make the proactive. If you have really oily skin like myself, you have a certain kind you can use. Same for normal types of skin.

I use it, just start using it every other day once a day for about a week then go to once everyday then use it twice a day and it will be great

If you try proactive (which I suggest) and it doesn't work the doctors who created it have a line of facial care Rodan+Fields. One line is called Unblemish and it is amazing! But I would try proactive first and if it isn't strong enough look into Unblemish. To answer your questions
1. Not at all
2. No the moisturizer that comes with it is great.
3. Works great on mild acne. If you have worse look into their other lines.

I hated proactive!
1) It's soo harsh on the skin!
2) My skin was dry but at the same time oily. And I peeled a lot.
3) It didn't work for me. It actually broke me out!

It gave me chemical burns and didn't work at all. My acne actually became worse. I don't recommend it if you have sensitive skin.

It works but it dried out my skin pretty bad so I only use it in the mornings now but it still works great. I Just combat it with a very moisturizing lotion at night and my skin stopped being super dry. Hope this helped. :)

I liked it
When you first use it, yeah it can feel a little harsh. (That's why you have to keep using it for a while. If you you use it EVERYDAY and randomly stop ONVIOUSLY it'll make your skin worse, so I recommend using it every other day)
Yes it can dry skin but that's why Proactive has a moisturizer.
I think it worked well!! I used it for a year and my skin cleared up perfectly. I don't use it anymore but I loved it.

I don't use it anymore but I did for about a year and it did absolutely nothing but break me out worse than I did before I started using it. It also made my skin extremely irritated and red, and it hurt to touch because it was so bad. I wouldn't recommend it if you have sensitive or oily skin.

1. Is it harsh on the skin? Yes it permanently damages the skin and when you stop using it your breakouts are even worse. It will also bleach your skin
2. Does it dry out your skin? Yes!
3. Does it work well? It made me get a red rash on my face

I have it and it has helped my acne so much(: I still occasionally break out but it's more controlled.

I used it off and on for years. Drys out your skin at first but it gets used to it after a few more uses. Worked wonders for me. Had to stop using it because I'm pregnant and it does have pretty harsh stuff that absorbs into your skin.
