I wrote a post on this before but I was hoping I could get a more professional opinion on this. My hair is dark and I've applied henna into it. Is there anything I can add to the henna before applying it to make the red more noticeable? I've heard that lemons help when added but is there anything else?

The cool thing about Henna is that the longer it is on your head it gets lighter but be careful using it. Henna is made from trees and other plants that is could really damage your hair

Katy, I've been searching in the Internet also and I've gotten mixed results from people saying that henna is really good and it moisturizes the hair while some people say it'll damage the hair. So I don't know what to believe :p

Think about it this way though even drugstore & salon hair dyes damages your hair. So either way you can't win. Lol =(
