Good hair curlers! HELP!

Hi, so I have a 1 inch Revlon curler and I had a friend if mine use it in her hair and it looked gorgeous but in mine it looked really bad. I have really really thick hair compared to hers. So I'm wondering if anyone knows about any curlers with switchable barrels for different sized curls?

This can be fixed in two ways. I think 1 inch curling irons are the perfect size but try wrapping your hair around the barrel instead. It can be easier

Or buy the Cortex 4 in 1 curling iron. It's a bit pricey but it has rave reviews and YouTube vids.
