I'm painting pop tabs. I would just leave them but I had pound them with a hammer to flatten them so now they are scratched up. So...what can I use? I'm making a school bag so I'd want the paint to last a few years. Thanks again!

Use the paint you want to use and then put nail polish top coat on it.

But if you can use nail polish to paint it and put a lot of top coat on it. It might chip but you can repaint it.
