I have Mia. I think you have more brush options with Mia 2. But I really love mine

Mia and Mia 2 have the same brush options, the only difference is the 2 has a timer for every part of your face

I was told today that you have to have the Mia 2 for the acne one. But I don't know I would go and talk to someone who sells them.

I have the original one that came out, after many years of use it died this weekend. Pretty sure it's a goner. Prob will invest in a Mia next. Waiting on Qvc, they usually have them on sale or as a good tsv deal.

I would go for the Mia, the Mia2 does have a few more features, timer and an extra speed setting, but they're not really necessary. I don't feel like they're worth the extra bucks.

Good to know, they are $50 cheaper too.

I want one too! I've been thinking about making that investment.

I have the Mia. Like the others said, the only difference is the different speeds (and it beeps to tell you when to move to another section of your face). If you don't think you need those features, just go with the Mia. It's lovely, best investment I've ever made. I don't waste time and money in the drugstore skincare aisle anymore.
