Could this be cute for first day of school outfit? and if yes how should I wear my hair and make up? (The panths are mint if you couldt see xD )

Yay! For makeup just keep it super natural- foundation/concealer/powder if you normally wear that, cream blush, curl our lashes and apply one coat of a natural mascara, tinted lip balm.
