For dark circles you put tea bags that have been soaked in cold water in your eyes for about 30 minutes and that should. Reduce the darkness;)

Best for dark circles is to exercise, eat healthy (the green glowing smoothie is good to start with) and find a good concealer! + drink lots of water.

Make cucumber pads: in a blender mix cut up cucumber and water. Then put in a flattish bowel and soak some makeup pads in them and freeze. When you need them just take a frozen pad and leave it to rest on your eyes for five mins.

The best product for puffiness and dark circles from my experience has been Shiseido Future Solutions Eye, but its pretty speedy at $130. The second best is Lancôme Genefique Eye Light Pearl which is more affordable at $68, just took a little longer to work. Best concealer in the meantime is Lancôme Effacernes...

I've started to use an eye cream. I'm still trying to find one that works, right now I'm using L'occitane but it doesn't seem to be cutting it.
