Hey girls!!
So I have been wanting to know about this topic for a while now, so I wanted to know your opinion on using pencil to shade the eye brow or eye shadow? And what if I used pencil.? Would it smear & about the shadow will it stay on or fade.?
Please help me!!! (:

I typically use both, depending on what I have at my disposal at the time. I like to use powder to fill in my brows, but they look more natural than pencil. For bold brows, I like using a pencil. I find that whether I use a pencil or powder, I still have to seal off my brows with an eyebrow gel so the color doesn't come off, regardless of which method I choose.

Once, I accidentally cut a chunk of my eyebrow off on accident. I used a Mac powder eyeshadow to fill it in and it looked soooo real. (I was in a wedding and you couldn't tell at all.)
