Gel liner with a thin brush- or a pencil brush. And don't push too hard.

I love the felt tip eyeliner pens. they're so much easier to use. I recommend loreal.

For a good eyeliner, start in the middle really close to your lashlines and with small slow strokes go to the outer corner of your eye. Then from the inner to the middle.

Practice first with brown eyeliner to get a hang of it. Then once you have it down, switch to black liner. I hope that helps. Usually hookers don't wear brown liner lol.
