Hair mask
1. Apply mushed up avocado to hair
2. Put your hair in a hairnet for 30 minutes
3. Wash out
4. Enjoy your silky locks
Face mask
1. Blob of honey
2. Some cinnamon
3. Some fresh lemon juice
4. Apply to face
5. Wait 25 mins and wash off
6. Enjoy your silky , blemish free skin!;)
Facial
1. Get a cotton round
2. Put some fresh lemon juice in the cotton pad
3.put some normal white sugar on the cotton round with the cotton round with the lemon juice
4. Rub it on your face in a circular motion
5. Wash off
6. Enjoy beautifully soft skin
Nail treatment
1. Take any oil (rapeseed,extra virgin,whatever)
2. Rub it into clean polish free nails
3. Leave for a while
4. Rinse off
5. Enjoy healthy nails
(You can also do this for your hands!)

For the face mask idiot use measurements, I just use what I think it needs ( it should be a paste like consistency)

Pimple/Blackhead treatment:
White strong toothpaste over pimples overnight.
honey under a bandaid over night
they both help get Tudor the blemish and take in the bacteria.
