Its a cute outfit but I think a plain gray or black t-shirt or top would look better :) I think your shoes are?ber-adorable and they should be the focus of the outfit! :D Right now there's a lot of things going on at once :)
If you do decide to keep the outfit, red, silver and/or white jewelry would look great!
