I'm putting milk in my hair overnight as a hot oil treatment because I read it can make hair more silky and soft. Oh I can do it since I'm the only one who drinks cow milk in my house.. everyone else uses soy milk. by the way it only took about 1-2 tablespoons for my shoulder length hair

Okay so I did it
cons: I didn't see much of a difference. my hair wasnt necessarily softer.
pros: it didnt start smelling bad or curding in my head. it was easier than I thought to wash out.
bottom line : I probably wouldn't try it again because there didn't seem to be a difference
