That dress is absolutely adorable! It would be appropriate to wear it to school or when you're hanging out with your friends since its very casual. You can pair it with a coral belt and some gold layered necklaces. Finish it off with some punchy coral flats :)

I would wear a lace cardigan with it or a leather one to give it an edgy look. Try cute basic flats or some nice pattern cowboy boots. For hair just your natural hair down or up in a low off center bun. For makeup keep it light. Maybe a fun lip color to brighten it up.

Love that dress. It's so retro and cute. You could wear:
Red- wedges, lipstick, bow
Replace belt with leopard wide belt and pair with black sandals or heels
Nude sandals
Floral headband with blue in it
Red rose in your hair
