Kaayy , so I have invisible yet visible tiny pimples on my forehead. I have this face cleanser that helps, but makes my face dry at the end/: is there any thing that helps? Homemade or not , just..,, Anything that helps. Thanks in advance ^^

That's exactly my sister's skin, and she gets the am exact same kind of acne. Try a spot remover that contains salicylic acid. If you can't get that, use diluted tea tree oil as an on the spot remover or toothpaste.

Try a diy lemon and baking soda mask, it makes those lil bougars go away, it help me, but mine were on my nose.

For spot removers I recommend origins super spot remover but its quite expensive. You can try a Burt's bees roll on one that contains tea tree oil

Try the 'Clinique Acne Solutions Cleansing Bar' I had the same problem als you, and when I stardet using this soap it was al gone after a week.
