Gold eyeshadow would make your eyes really stand out ^^ Light lip tint or a tinted lip balm would give you a nice, fresh wash of color without looking as harsh as a lipstick might be. The Body Shop makes a lip tint that is slightly berry toned and very natural looking that would look good with your complexion.

It depends on what kind of look you're going for and what you're comfortable doing. I'll include 3 different ideas ranging from "no makeup" makeup to dramatic.
No makeup- mascara, fill in eyebrows, foundation/tinted moisturizer/bb cream
neutral- everything in no makeup plus soft eyeshadows (Walking On Eggshells by Wet n Wild is a fantastic option and it's only a couple of dollars), eyeliner, colored liner** (for lower lash line), and blush**/bronzer**.
dramatic- everything listed in neutral plus a bold wing, falsies**, and a bold lip (you can never go wrong with a red lip!).
**optional

Dark brown pencil eyeliner on waterline and really close to top and bottom lashline then smudge it out. Curl eyelashes and add mascara.
Maybe some CC cream, blush, bronzer and lipgloss
