I have a pimple that if just a bumb that I've had for about 5 days. I can't get it to go away and it won't pop or anything. Any suggestions? Thanks ❤

It is under the skin:( I have those a lot, dissolve Epsom salt in water and put it on a rag, hold the rag on the bump for 5 minutes at a time, if you do it 5 times, it should go away or come to a head in two days!
