You can put eyeshadow too but don't too thick just apply lightly I would go with neutral shades and eyeliner also lip gloss.

Smudge black eye shadow under the outer corner of lower lash line, put mascara on lower lashes and little more mascara on top.

Continuing the liquid liner out to a wing and 1/3 of a way underneath her eye then adding a little bit of mascara to her lower lashes would look awesome.
