Mascara, bb cream, powder (if oily), thin eyeliner on outer half of your eye.

Use concealer and powder to set it and give extra coverage then a natural blush
For the eyes use a skintone matte eyeshadow all over your lid to even out the skin tone then line your lashline realy close to your lashline with a black or brown eyeliner apply mascara and a champagne or white eyeliner on your water line
