Tea tree oil is the best for blemishes. bodyshop have a little bottle of it for blemishes or you can make your own by getting some water and mixing in some tea tree and that should do the job. other than that, I can only advice you to let your skin breathe, try to avoid face makeup unless necessary or go for light makeup that won't clog up the pores as much. find a gentle cleanser that won't irritate the spots and drink plenty if water and water based fruits like watermelon and pineapple.
