I recently started using Cetaphil's gentle cleanser and I sort of feel like its helping, but I'm still getting breakouts around my mouth and chin that are painful and really red. The red marks tend to stay around after the spot heals, too. A co-worker suggested mixing aspirin and coconut oil, has anyone tried this? What are your suggestions?

I use Neutrogena Deep Cleanser for my acne prone sensitive skin, and use witch hazel as toner. Seems to be helping quite a bit.
