I struggle with this too and it used to really crush my confidence and because I have a slightly darker skin, I can't bleach the hair because it will stand out more. at first I used nair cream but that sometimes left redness so I used to put warm water on the course hairs beforehand to soften them and use it overnight so the redness would disappear and some patches of hair would remain which I would pluck. I tried waxing which really did a good job but you have to let the hair grow quite a bit before doing it again or else you will tear skin. perhaps getting it waxed at a salon is better and then it will grow back less that you will only require plucking a few when they begin to grow back. now I stick to plucking and it doesn't hurt. I recommend using a magnifying mirror to be able to see the little hairs more clearly when plucking.

I just use a little trimmer every several day, it's the fastest least expensive and low maintenance option I think.

Use Sally Hansen hair removal cream! It keeps it off for ages. Most of the time you only have to do it once a month.

I've tried waxing, threading, hair removal and plucking. My fave method is plucking even though its time consuming. No pimples, quicker at fading redness and doesn't affect my skin. Of I'm in a hurry, I'll use my nair hair removal cream but the smell is nasty.

As a cosmetologist I can tell you that shaving will not make it grow in thicker, it just makes the hair feel thicker bc of the blunt edge shaving leaves the hair with. removal creams work but you must read the directions carefully and follow them to a T to avoid the skin irritation and burning sensation. waxing can leave you with scaring when not done properly so please don't try that at home and make sure any professional you see is checking the temperature of the wax BEFORE they put it on your face. I am a working threading technician so I am a little biased, but I feel that threading is the best option. threading is only as painful as it absolutely must be (when the tech is well trained they will be light handed) and can be done as soon as the hair grows above the surface of the skin.
you look so young adrianna! don't worry about silly things like this at your age! youre adorable and anyone worth hanging out with will pay much more attention to your gorgeous smile!

Just shave it. I'm half mexican half Puerto Rican and I have a lot of dark hair everywhere. I've been shaving my mustache for 30+ years. its much lighter and thinner now, barely have to shave anymore. It takes two seconds to do your lip. No pain involved what could be better? there is no redness or bumps. I would highly recommend it over creams that stink and irritate your skin so much it turns red. or threading or waxing OMG OUCH!!

I have waxed mine for years which has been good for me, but I'm now looking into laser hair removal as a more permanent solution. Your look very young I would suggest having it waxed or threaded at a salon. Good luck!
