Burt's bees lipbalm is great they have different kinds for different symptoms its amazing and cheap also I've heard it's not good to use Vaseline on your lips because after a while it gets drying.

I suggest scrubbing them first. Mix brown sugar with honey to get some of the dry skin off. Then, I recommend Nivea lip balm. It's extremely moisturizing. You can also get cheap lip balms at the body shop. They are tiny circular pocket sized tubs and usually come in many different kinds. I use a coconut butter one and it's really soothing. Over all, whatever you apply to your lips make sure you scrub them first, try to avoid licking them when they feel dry and Never lick them before putting on any lip care. It will prevent it from working and make irritations and pain worse

I actually don't recommed scrubbing them otherwise you'll be rubbing off even more skin and the scrubbing motion will cause the cracks to bleed.
Try burt's bees lipbalm as a replacement for everyday lipstick, and at night use a mixture of honey and vaseline or coconut oil, or coconut butter. This will rebuild the skin smoothly. :)

Scrub your lips first to exfoliate and get rid of dead skin cells. Your lips won't bleed. Wash off the excess sugar and put on Chapstick and then you are done.

Rub a toothbrush over them to exfoliate, then apply either vitamin e stick, or nivea kiss of moisture.
