I have pcos and my doc suggested ipl. I have done anothet sort of laser earlier but that didnt work. does the hair come back? please tell me.

My mom gets it done, and shes gone about 3 times. the place sbe goes to is really far so she does it around xmas time. but yes a little does grow back, but eventually it will stop coming back.
