Brush your nails with baking soda? or put mild bleach on a cotton ball then rub it on your nails.

Mix baking soda and rubbing alcohol together, then scrub with an old toothbrush. If you don't have the rubbing alcohol then you can substitute it with water. And if you don't have baking soda, you can just use the rubbing alcohol. Both combined not only take the stains out, but also whiten you nails :)

Soak your nails in lemon juice then rub with a cotton ball you will probably have too be aggressive though.

This happened to me today. I also forgot a base coat with a red nail polish...the worst. I filed it off...wouldnt recommend it but I was in a rush to take it off and it worked. good luck.

Hi I'm a cosmetologist! don't use bleach, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda are the gentlest was to get it off. if not try using a red polish with no base coat to cancel out some of the red and get it to a more neutral tone.
