Baby oil on a wash cloth, the wash cloth to get the dead skin off, also Vaseline works great!

Exfoliate with sugar and honey about a teaspoon each to get rid of the dead skin and then use blistex healing as a balm for healing its amazing!

Use a water infused lip balm or any type of EOS lip balm . You can use Medical EOS . but really any kind will help.

Yeah.. the rosebud is pretty good. But i always find that no matter how many lip products I use... nothing beats scrubbing a sugar/olive oil homeade scrub on your lips at night before you go to bed(:

I have chronic dry lips - EOS does nothing. Carmex stings for a while but doesnt absorb. Ive found that Mac's lip conditioner to be the best and I have tried them all believe me. They work for a few days at first then stop. I tend to use a Mac tinted lip conditioner on my lips during the day - there are lots to chose from. Good luck x
