What's wrong with my skin?? Help!

For a long long long time I've had red patches and bumps on my arms and its kinda embarrassing. I don't know what to do to get rid of them or if something's wrong with my skin. I don't wear tank tops bc I don't want anyone to see it and if you all could help it would mean a lot! I will post a pic of it if it would help!

It's hard to see in this pic. I don't use any cream or anything and I've had this for a really long time! My dad has the same thing so maybe it's something that runs thru the family I don't know. I might go see a dermatologist because I hate these so much!

Do they itch? I had a breakout on my palms with red bumps that itched. it ended up being a mild case of psoriasis. a topical steriod took care of it. dermatologist will give you what you need.

I don't think its eczema(have it, hate it) I think its a rash from an irritation or alergies.

That's common. No need to fret. But I have a close friend who had that and he used a kind of cream. Just google it. Good luck!

Try massaging some olive oil on to the areas. That got rid of my friends bumps that looked really similar to yours. It's worth a shot.
