Infection in nose

I tried to squeeze a blackhead on the end of my nose and nothing would come out, now there's a reddish brownish scab over it. I'm afraid I have pushed the infection down further, so how do I help the redness go down or anything just to help this to make it go away?

Yes it will clear the scab up an keep it from getting infected it won't get the black head out but its already irritated you don't wanna make it worse

Use some toner too! Or even bactine. Something to clean it.
