Gel: maybelline
Liquid pen: maybelline precise pen or that stila stay all day
Pencil: I haven't found one.

I have the same problem Mercadies and I tried almost everything, setting it with black eye shadow, urban decay 24/7 pencil and nothing seems to work! Mercadies you put it on your waterline right?

If you use a cream eyeshadow and apply it like eyeliner with a brush it'll stay even if you swim!

Physicians Formula Gel-Cream eyeliner is my holy grail eyeliner. It can last 24+ hours of wear and it'll last through showers with minor touch-ups. sounds too good to be true, but they really do last that long. They're a little hard to find in stores, but I've seen it online on the Ulta website for around $8-10. They're sold in trios and each pot contains a lot of eyeliner, so it's worth the investment :)

Rimmel scandaleyes is a good eyeliner if.you're looking for a pencil eyeliner. It stays about 5 hours on my waterline. (forgot to mention this in my.previous comment, apologies!)
