Blue eye makeup makes brown eyes really pop! I'd go with blue eyeliner on the waterline and black on the top. Also one of my favorite colors is urban decay's "Stash" eyeliner pencil which is like camo/army green. Do that and make your eyelashes really stand out. It would look great on you, I think.

If you're nervous, start with navy blue! Its a good way to ease into it. Just don't worry. Worst that happens is that you don't like it, take it off and try something else :) no worries doll.

Hahaha I would try to use a different color eyeliner to make your eyes pop, also your skin tone seems to have warm undertones & your lips would look super nice in MAC's pink pearl pop lipstick! Also try orange blushhhh, it's so different & cute! :)

Bright pink lipstick, not pale pink even though that's still okay too. Nude lipsticks like honey love and velvet teddy -- both from Mac..Don't match your skin tone too perfectly because it will wash you out and you'll look pale or like you don't have lips lol. corals magentas and fuchsias are really good as well
Gold eyeshadows like Half baked from urban decay, soft browns, chocolate Browns, shimmery dark greens, light and dark purples, emeralds and teals (:
