If your hair is a light colour like blonde you don't really have to bleach it but if its like black or a really dark brown then you probably have too.

Oh, its probably the dye then. Cause that brand isnt that well if you want a nice pigmanted colour to come out! Try like manic panic.

Camomile tea is awesome. Just make some then spray it in your hair and go out in the sun and you will realize highlights! But you have to wash your hair with it, for months.
