Not using so many heat products and it you do use a protection balm or spray or gel. wash hair in cold water. braiding supposedly helps grow hair you could try that. just keeping it healthy will help it grow

1.) biotin
2) sulfate shampoos
3) I heard mane n tail
4) castor oil
5.) deep conditioning
6) NO HEAT!!
inorder to get long hair, the key is healthy hair make it also possible to grow longer hair
