But ice on it it should reduce the swelling and make it hurt less and for products I havnt found one yet sorry.

Its called a cystic pimple get a towel apply hot water to it but not so hot you can't apply to your face you can google more about it on google or youtube

I unfortunately get a lot of cystic pimples, and I think the longest one of mine lasted was about two weeks. be very gentle with it, apply a lot of an acne toner or astringent, and make sure you have a good spot treatment. I love the Burt's bees blemish stick! take care of it, and apply ice for the swelling! hope this helpsss.
