Sweep a little highlighter and bronzer on your cheekbones and blend very well.
Also use mascara and curl your lashes, it makes the biggest difference and makes your eyes stand out. :)

Eyeliner realy helps bring out your eyes use a little on the outer corner of your bottom lash line and on the lop lash line also curl your lashes.
